I think the days of spending more time online than watching TV are already here, at least for me and most I know.

We’ll be watching tablets instead of TVs.
Everybody spends too much time in meetings, we all agree. And yet we continue to do it.

Doodle. Yep, it actually improves your concentration.
Have the meeting standing up! It’ll almost certainly take less time than with comfy chairs.
Sit in the middle, not at the head of the table. You’ll be viewed as the most influential there.
Have the meeting at 3PM on Tuesday. Avoid the beginning and end of the day.
Serving coffee? OK for the women. For the men, not so much.
Finally, and importantly, remember that email tends to turn even the nicest people into jerks.
